Located in the Wild Basin area of RMNP, Copeland Lake reflects the distant Copeland Mountain on its surface. This pine-forested area has some aspen trees in the area and a large beach-like area to conduct ceremonies at.

Other Notes and Restrictions: Vault restrooms are nearby at the Sandbeach Lake trailhead. *Ceremony size and vehicle limit of 10 applies from the Friday before Memorial Day weekend through Indigenous Peoples’ Day.
