While skiing up Trail Ridge Road in the winter of 2019 I came across numerous areas where the wind had revealed the highway. In this spot the two yellow road lines made a graphic scene which simply begged to be photographed. Who was I to resist their call? Here the true conflict could be seen between wildness of nature and the attempt of humanity to draw straight lines through everything.
