Lily Lake
The pasque flowers are blooming all over the lower elevations of Rocky Mountain National Park. For me, this is really the start of spring. These days the weather is quite warm, sometimes getting up into the 60s and green grass is beginning to appear beneath the brown. However, there's still a lot of snow in the mountains with 46" of snow still at Bear Lake, which is about average for this time of year. Photo © copyright by Erik Stensland.
