On a warm July evening, the alpine sunflowers watched as colorful rainbows appeared over Forest Canyon. In the distance, Longs Peak enjoyed the ephemeral view from the other direction. Rainbows have long been a symbol of hope, reminding us that even after the darkest of storms there is always a chance for something beautiful to emerge.
