Located on the west side of RMNP, the Harbison Meadow Picnic Area provides sweeping views of the valley with mountains on either side. There is a small, open pavilion with two permanent picnic tables. This is great for anyone in attendance who would like to sit during the ceremony. This area was severely burned in the East Troublesome Fire of 2020, so all that remains of most of the trees in the area are burned poles. However, the grass turns a lush green in the summer and the meadow can be seen filled with flowers. This wedding site is right off Trail Ridge Road, and it is not uncommon for moose to frequent the area.
