Lake Haiyaha
Longs Peak looks down on beautiful Lake Haiyaha on a lovely early April afternoon. The lake is still covered in deep snow, as winter still prevails at these high elevations. The trail up here from Dream Lake should only be used when avalanche danger is low and the trail from Dream to Haiyaha does require snowshoes, some wayfinding, and good balance on the steep sections.
